Who is it for?    

The Negotiation Refresher Workshop is suitable for alumni who have already completed Scotwork’s Advancing Negotiation Skills program and is typically undertaken 12 months after completing the ANS course

What does it cover?

Scotwork's one-day Negotiation Refresher Workshop combines succinct revision of key material from our ANS program, group discussion and advice and an additional two new case plays to further entrench your skills. The workshop provides an opportunity to address any negotiating weak points and to continue to build and refine your repertoire of negotiation skills

EXPERT COACHING

The Negotiation Refresher Workshop is delivered by two expert Scotwork coaches, each with a wealth of in-the-field negotiation experience. They critique case-plays in real time, deliver instant, incisive feedback, and give on the spot guidance. Each workshop is run with a tutor to participant ratio of just 1:6.

DELIVERY

Join us on our Open (Public) Workshops with participants from a wide range of industries, job functions and seniority levels.

 

The Workshop can also be delivered in-house for up to 12 participants either face to face or virtually. Contact us to discuss your organisation’s needs and see if this is the right option for your team.   

PRACTICAL OVER THEORY

Scotwork takes a practical approach to skills building. The Negotiation Refresher Workshop dedicates 80% of time to case play exercises and 20% to lecture -Style teaching. Each case play recreates a typical conflict scenario. Over the duration of the Workshop, you can expect a short lecture, preparation, case-plays and video analysis.
